Shipping, Returns & Final Sale Policy



 GemologyGeek® LLC makes every effort to securely package all products to prevent damage during transit. All shipments are insured for the full value of the contents and include tracking unless otherwise noted or agreed upon at the time of order.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via DM, email, or through your payment service upon shipment.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact GemologyGeek® LLC within 24 hours (one business day) of confirmed delivery at gemologygeek@gmail.com. Failure to report damage within this window forfeits your eligibility to file a claim. To initiate a claim with the carrier, the client must provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packing materials, and damaged contents in their original condition. Do not discard any packaging materials, as they may be required by the carrier during the claims process. GemologyGeek® LLC is not responsible for damage claims reported outside of this timeframe or for packages where original packaging has been discarded or altered. All claims are subject to the carrier's investigation and approval process, and GemologyGeek® LLC is not liable for the outcome of any carrier claim.

International Shipping: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. GemologyGeek® LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. It is the recipient's responsibility to monitor and track their shipment. If a package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please notify us promptly.

Final Sale Policy: All GemologyGeek® LLC products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue credits for any products sold, including loose gemstones, minerals, custom designs, and related services.

GemologyGeek® LLC will not accept returns, credits, or exchanges on any product that has been altered, modified, or changed in any way following receipt. This includes but is not limited to stone replacement, swapping, re-polishing, re-cutting, chipping, fracturing, weight changes, enhancement treatments applied to gemstones, diamonds, or minerals, as well as recasting, refinishing, resetting, resizing, plating, or re-pronging of any piece.

Special Exchange or Credit Requests: Under certain pre-agreed circumstances, GemologyGeek® LLC may approve a special exchange or credit. All such requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery via email at gemologygeek@gmail.com. Any exchange or credit is solely at the discretion of GemologyGeek® LLC and must be agreed upon in writing prior to the sale.

Warranty: Custom jewelry crafted by GemologyGeek® LLC is covered under a one-year limited warranty as described on the accompanying appraisal. This warranty is immediately void if any work is performed on the piece by anyone other than GemologyGeek® LLC or a craftsman approved in writing by GemologyGeek® LLC. Prior to any work being performed during the warranty period, clients must contact gemologygeek@gmail.com with the name and contact information of the proposed service provider and receive written approval before proceeding.

Payment Reminder: All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the order being voided and the item being released back into inventory without further notice.
