No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or used in any form without the prior written consent of GemologyGeek® LLC. Unauthorized use of any GemologyGeek® LLC intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Custom Design Ownership: All custom designs conceptualized, drafted, or produced by GemologyGeek® LLC, including CAD files, sketches, renderings, and finished pieces, remain the intellectual property of GemologyGeek® LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. Payment for a custom piece does not constitute transfer of design rights or ownership of associated design files.

Client-Submitted Content: Any photographs, inspiration images, or reference materials submitted to GemologyGeek® LLC by the client are provided solely as creative direction. GemologyGeek® LLC does not reproduce, replicate, or copy third-party designs. All work produced by GemologyGeek® LLC is original. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that any materials they submit do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. GemologyGeek® LLC is not liable for any claims arising from client-submitted reference materials.

Social Media & Marketing: GemologyGeek® LLC reserves the right to photograph and share images of completed pieces, including custom work, for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing prior to the completion of the order.
