Completed Piece Photography: GemologyGeek® LLC reserves the right to photograph, film, and share images or videos of all completed pieces, including custom work, for use on social media, marketing materials, and portfolio purposes. If a client wishes to keep their piece confidential, they must submit a written request to gemologygeek@gmail.com prior to the completion of their order. Confidentiality requests made after completion cannot be guaranteed.

Client Content & Tagging: If a client shares photographs or videos featuring a GemologyGeek® LLC piece on social media, GemologyGeek® LLC reserves the right to repost, share, or feature that content across our platforms with credit given to the original poster. By tagging GemologyGeek® LLC or using any associated hashtag, the client grants GemologyGeek® LLC permission to reshare their content for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to have their content reshared may opt out by contacting us at gemologygeek@gmail.com.

Reviews & Testimonials: GemologyGeek® LLC reserves the right to share client reviews, testimonials, and feedback across social media and marketing platforms. No personally identifying information will be shared without the client's consent.

Conduct & Comments: GemologyGeek® LLC reserves the right to remove, hide, or report any comments, messages, or content on our social media platforms that are deemed harmful, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of applicable laws. Harassment of GemologyGeek® LLC or its representatives across any platform will not be tolerated and may result in being blocked and reported.
